2. Booking & Payment Policy
2.1. Payment
All bookings require full payment or deposit as stated during checkout. Payments made on our website are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.
2.2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used.
No refund is provided for no-show or late arrival.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
2.3. Amendment Policy (Changing Service Date)
Changes to booking dates may be allowed if:
- They do not violate the cancellation policy
- The new date is available
- Any price difference is paid by the customer
2.4. Cancellation Policy
Day Tours
- Cancellation 5+ days before service: Full refund
- Cancellation 5 days – 48 hours before service: 50% charge
- Cancellation less than 48 hours: 100% charge
Multi-Day Tours
- Cancellation 7+ days before service: Full refund
- Cancellation 7 days – 48 hours before service: 50% charge
- Cancellation less than 48 hours: 100% charge
Transfers / Transportation Services
- Cancellation 5+ days before service: Full refund
- Cancellation 5 days – 48 hours before service: 50% charge
- Cancellation less than 48 hours: 100% charge
Hotel Bookings
- Cancellation 14–7 days before arrival: 10% charge
- Cancellation 7 days – 48 hours before arrival: 50% charge
- Cancellation less than 48 hours: Non-refundable
Airline bookings follow airline-specific policies at the time of booking.
3. Delivery / Service Policy
Pickup Times & Locations
Pickup details are displayed in each tour description.
No-Show Policy
Airport Transfers:
- Driver wait time: 90 minutes for international flights
- Driver wait time: 60 minutes for domestic flights
Other Transfers:
- Maximum waiting time: 15 minutes
Day Tours:
- If guests do not arrive within 15 minutes, it is considered a no-show and the full amount becomes non-refundable.
4. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information during booking.
- You confirm you are 18+ years old to make transactions.
- You agree not to misuse or attempt to harm the website.
5. Liability
Royal Thailand Tours is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or government regulations
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
- Force majeure situations (strikes, natural disasters, accidents, etc.)
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
6. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Thailand.
7. Payment Security
All payment details are transferred directly to our payment provider through secure encrypted connections.
8. Record Keeping
The cardholder must retain transaction records and follow merchant policies.
